800 ViewPoint Process

Tekno Telecom’s Net(s)CCS and NetAnalyzer is the front end component utilizing patented hardware and software which non-intrusively connects to multiple high-speed ATM, SS7 and Ethernet links to decode and correlate ATM cells, SS7 MSUs, and IP packets etc. This decoded and correlated information is then processed into call and transaction detail records (CDRs/TDRs) with 100% accuracy in "real-time." The CDRs and TDRs are also analyzed and given a final disposition (why the call succeeded or failed). The CDRs that pertain to a specific 800 ViewPoint customer are then sent over a wide area network connection to the 800 ViewPoint server that resides at the Call Center premise. Reports are then generated, on-site, providing an amazing amount of valuable information.
