Tekno Telecom’s NetQuest Network Management System utilizes non-intrusive monitoring devices (NetAnalyzer), which have the capability to have different interface cards for different network topologies including SS7, ATM, and IP in a single platform. Every MSU, cell and packet is decoded and then correlated into CDRs and TDRs within NetAnalyzer in "real-time." Multiple geographically dispersed NetAnalyzers then transmits the CDRs/TDRs and statistical reports to Tekno Telecom's centralized server RDBMS applications (NetInsight, NetScope, NetAlert and NetViewPoint), as well as 3rd party and host systems.
