Our Gold Maintenance Support Package offers an extended one year warranty on all parts and labor where defective items are repaired at the factory or exchanged whichever is faster at no charge, performance related upgrades are automatically provided after release and unlimited telephone technical support is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week with guaranteed response within 4 hours of your call with 24 hour emergency on-site support. Free training is included annually at the factory. (All on-site services are chargeable)

Our Platinum Maintenance and Support Package offers an extended one year warranty on all parts and labor where defects are resolved using on-site spares or on an exchange basis for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with guaranteed 4 hour on-site response. All major upgrades are automatically performed within 30 days after release and unlimited technical support is provided 24 hours, 7 days a week, with emergency access to engineering design personnel and a guaranteed response within 1 hour of your call. Free training is included annually at the factory.
