Application Support Engineer
Tekno Telecom, a high-tech telecommunications company, is seeking a superb Oracle RDBMS Application Support Engineer for its customer service group based in Naperville, IL. Tekno is a market-leader in Network Management of Telecom SS7 and VOIP networks focused on QoS, Billing, Fraud, Troubleshooting, Surveillance, Network Optimization and Revenue Assurance.
Tekno markets its products to telephony Wireline, Wireless and Next-Generation Network Carriers.
Qualifications and Role

The ideal candidate must be able to learn quickly and should have experience in Oracle database administration, Oracle SQLPlus, and PL/SQL. Expertise with MS Windows Operating Systems, MS Access, Excel and background in detail oriented projects and telecommunications is a strong plus. Experience with hosted applications (ASP) and Service Bureaus is also advantageous.
