U.S. CELLULAR SELECTS TEKNO TELECOM'S

NetQUEST SS7 NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM





NAPERVILLE, Ill. (April 22, 2003) - Tekno Telecom, L.L.C., today announced that U.S. Cellular has deployed the NetQuest SS7 monitoring system to enhance its wireless network efficiency and provide customers with expanded service and billing capabilities.
