Gold support "is an option premium support plan" that encompasses a 24x7x365 service. Please only contact us with the following procedures, if your Company chose to purchase this premium support package.
Tekno Telecom takes pride in its customer service department and wants you to know that if you are in need of technical assistance or support, we are just a phone call away.
Warranty Coverage
The Tekno Telecom product you purchased comes with our optional one year gold warranty which covers parts and labor, unlimited telephone technical support (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) with a targeted response of less than one hour and worst case guaranteed priority response of within 4 hours of your call and upgrades for major software bugs.
Product Information Needed
Please keep our contact information below along with your serial and license numbers close to your Tekno products so should anyone need customer support, they will have the pertinent information necessary to give to Tekno's Representative for assistance.

After normal working hours, please follow the procedure listed below:
- Dial Tekno's main number (630) 579-9800
- Dial extension 231 for priority service.
- After reaching extension 231 and hearing the recording, enter *8 plus your account code 311#. This will activate the automatic dial out to our off-hours answering service.
- Give the answering service your company name, your name and phone number and a brief description of the problem.
- If you know the problem is computer/application software related, please ask for our System Integration & Support Technician and they will be paged. Otherwise, the Customer Service technician who is on call will be paged to return your call.
